I am a Ballymaloe trained chef with a passion for healthy eating using top quality produce. I live in Fulham, London and try to source all my ingredients as locally as possible.

I have worked 3 ski seasons as chalet host/chef for high end chalet companies. I worked at Jamie Oliver's “Recipease” giving cooking lessons and demonstrations to large groups of people. Catering for Dinner parties, drinks parties, shooting lodges, weddings, children's parties, bespoke cakes. I give cookery lessons for all ages to people at your home, or you can come to me in Fulham.
